    What is the difference between Percale and Sateen?

    Percale fabric has a cool, crisp handfeel, and sateen fabric feels silky and smooth. Percale is lighter and more breathable than sateen; sateen weaves produce a thicker sheet that lies heavier on the body. Percale is characterized by a matte finish, while sateen offers a shiny, glossier appearance. Lastly percale offers a cooler sleep since its weaving has hollow points, which makes it more breathable, while sateen offers a warmer sleep because of the denser weaving.

    Are your products organic? What certificates do you have?

    Our products are not organic but only because organic fabric does not necessarily mean that it is toxic-free and it is high quality. We are at peace knowing that you will be enjoying our products for long years safely.
    What we care about the most are your health and security, that’s why what we work for the most is being able to deliver you toxic-free, chemicals-free products. We have ‎an OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate for all of our products to guarantee.

    What is the thread count of your beddings?

    You can find the thread counts for each of our bedding products in the product descriptions. Although our bedding products are manufactured using fabrics with high thread counts, we truly value quality over quantity, and we consider that thread count is not a good way to measure how good a bedding product is. This is exactly why we focus on delivering durable yet comfortable and toxic-free products with ‎OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification and 100% long fibre quality Turkish cotton.
    Instead of threads, we like to count your uninterrupted sleeps.

    How deep are the fitted sheets?

    The depth of our fitted sheets is 30 cm.

    How should I care for my bedding and towels?

    For machine wash, we recommend you listen to Mother Earth, save energy and wash at 30 degrees even it is suitable for 40 degrees.
    If you will use tumble dry and iron, low heat is recommended. Try to wash with similar products in terms of fabric type and colour.

    ORDERS

    Which types of payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, including PayPal & Klarna.
    Please let us know at hello@ocoza.com if there is a payment method you’d like to use, and we will do our best to include it at our checkout in the future.

    Will there be additional VAT or duty charges upon receiving my parcel?

    No, the price on our website is the final cost to you. There will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested by our carriers during delivery.

    Can I cancel my order?

    We understand that you may have to cancel your order. If the order hasn't left our warehouse, we can cancel your order for you. However once an order is dispatched, unfortunately we won't be able to cancel it. The best solution for situations like these is to initiate return and refund process once recipient received the order.

    Can I make a change in my order?

    Unfortunately, once an order is given, you cannot make any changes in the content of the order but bare in mind that you can give another order for the items you want to add to your orders and once you receive your order, you can return the items you do not want.

    I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

    Where is my order?

    You can track your order with the order tracking number provided by our couriers.
    If you do not know your tracking number, you can find out from “order history” page by clicking here.

    Do you offer gift wrapping?

    We would love to wrap your gift to your loved ones for you but we are not able to do it for now. Subscribe to our newsletter to be first to know when we launch gift wrapping.

    Do you need a VAT invoice?

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Where do you ship?

    Currently, we only ship to the UK & Ireland but good news is that we are expanding. Subscribe to our newsletter to know once we start shipping to your location.

    How much does the shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer you free shipping for all orders above 50£ across the UK. If your purchase value is below 50£ our standard shipping rate for the UK is 8£ per order. Please note that although we ship your items directly from the manufacturers, all costs including VAT and the customs duties are taken care of and covered by us, leaving no additional expenses whatsoever to the customer.

    How long does the delivery take?

    Estimated time of delivery for the UK is 2 to 7 days. Due to delays caused by Brexit and the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic this ETA may vary by 2 to 3 days. We are constantly working with our carrier partners to shorten the delivery time even further.

    Can I have different addresses for invoice and delivery?

    Yes, you can. At the checkout simply check the box for the delivery address when you have a different delivery address then your billing address.

    Can I change my delivery address after giving the order?

    After the order is received, changing the delivery address unfortunately will not be possible. We suggest you to get in touch with the shipping company and change the delivery address.

    RETURN & REFUND

    Can I return my order?

    If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for free as a whole or partially. To request a free return, please contact us and we’ll get back to you immediately with your return instructions. We’ll then refund you as soon as the return has been received.

    When can I receive my refund?

    Once the returned products received by our end, we will initiate the refund which should be credited back into your account within 2-10 business days depending on your bank institution’s transaction process.
